Stage 5 - This is over the top, custom tuned to match your combination.  Basically a custom tuned chip calibrated at best to suit your highly boosted needs.

NOTE:  Please consult with us before diving into a project using Digifant-1.  If you build from a certified SNS Tuning Stage 5 recipe, chances are your project will be up and running at full speed in record time.

Here are a few examples of  Stage 5 applications in use and under development include:

• G60 8V: Larger injectors are the key control fueling for higher boost with more extensive mods.  Applications utilizing 42#  are under development to extend the rpm/boost capabilities even further than Volkswagen ever dreamed!!

2.0L ABA G60
65mm pulley with peak boost of 13psi @ 6000 rpm.  
Mods: Mild Porting with a 260 cam (old skool stage 3 G60 cam)
Fueling: 310cc fuel injectors with a  3.5bar fpr

• Turbo 8V:  Applications available for several turbo and injectors sizes.  
  30# in combination with a 3.5bar fpr are highly recommended as the minimum flow for any turbo 8V application.  
  42# with 3.0bar fpr are under development.
  

1.8L G60 Turbo Conversion
T3-60/.48 at roughly 15psi.  
Mods: Mild Porting with a 260 cam (old skool stage 3 G60 cam)
Fueling: 310cc fuel injectors with a  3.5bar fpr

• 16V: Naturally Aspirated, G60 and Turbo versions under development.  
  All Forced induction 16V require minimum 440cc/min Bosch Injectors (Lime Green tops).  
  We are currently finishing developing a 48# (504cc/min) application for a 16V Turbo.

2.0L ABA 16V Turbo Conversion
T3-60/.48 at roughly 10psi and 15psi.  
Mods: Mild Porting with a stock 16V  cams
Fueling: 48# (504cc/min) fuel injectors with a  3.0bar fpr
